(B) Ambient air and water TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICES that are scaled only in Fahrenheit shall be accurate to ±3°F in the intended range of use. Observed no thermometer in the storeroom egg cooler. Correct for followup on Feb. 22, 2021. - (Correct By: Feb 22, 2021) |
